Our experience includes negotiating the sale and distribution of documentary film rights to international broadcasters and media platforms, including Channel 4 (U.K.), as well as advising on domestic and cross-border distribution strategies.

We also have a strong track record defending the creative and ownership rights of directors and filmmakers, including disputes involving footage control, creative authorship, and underlying intellectual property. In addition, we regularly counsel photographers, visual artists, and content creators on the exhibition, licensing, and commercial exploitation of their works, helping them protect creative integrity while maximizing long-term value.

We have also represented New York-based visual artists, writers and designers, as well as Instagram and YouTube influencers in their platform agreements.
