We have worked with creative and digital media clients. Our work with film makers, writers, directors and producers has involved drafting and negotiating production contracts, licensing agreements, and distribution--effectively positioning these visionary individuals to bring their ideas to the marketplace and the world.
We have negotiated the distribution and sale of rights of documentary film makers to such media outlets as “Channel 4 U.K.” In other instances we have defended the rights of directors and film makers to their footage and creative rights. We have previously rendered advice to photographers and visual artists on the exhibition and marketing of their works.
