Our representation of tech, software engineers, start-ups, businesses and corporations in New York and elsewhere has encompassed planning, correspondence, business formation, contract drafting, review and negotiation, and resolution of disputes. We have represented SaaS developers, on production and licensing agreements, as well as Master Service Agreements, Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We recently performed due diligence on behalf of a Private Equity client regarding its prospective “early stage” investment in an e-Scooter start-up. We also rendered advice under Delaware’s General Corporation Laws to an early-stage start up seeking to revolutionize the modeling and talent industry on an internal dispute between its founders that was successfully resolved.
